Quynh and Stephen came for dinner on Halloween with Stephanie (2y) and Madeline (6mo). We all went trick-or-treating down Mariposa just as the sun was setting, which was fun until the kids got scared by some of the costumes and decorations and had to be carried home.
Mo is a pirate, obviously. Oscar claimed that he was Sir Topham Hat. Stephanie is Tinkerbell. Too cute.
Game 4 of the World Series was underway, a lot of people had decorated their yards with Giants-themed pumpkins and placards. One house was covered in a giant Brian Wilson beard that featured a working scoreboard.
It’s amazing they didn’t bonk heads during this exercise in silliness.
